That's a pretty interesting technique that takes the DE out of the run play. I wonder if Cristobal coaches that or if the DE stupidly said something to make big Cy mad.

I watched the Frontline on brain injuries, I never saw one receiver in the report, they were all linemen or Fullbacks. The Offensive linemen had gone through years of defensive tackles pushing their head back on the initial snap. So it goes both ways. I doubt you can ever stop the head injuries with people on the line, which can be 100's of micro concussions.

I believe all the rules are a rouge, a band-aide and it is resulting in a bunch of broken bones and ligaments. The only way to stop it is to go back to the leather helmet which will prevent people from using their head.
