Huntsville-Lee WR/DB Darian Stewart 6-0, 204-pounder has an offer from the Crimson Tide coaching staff. He caught 30 passes for 700 yards. As a free safety, he racked up 79 tackles and six interceptions. He had 13 touchdowns. He has offers from Alabama, Georgia Tech, Southern Miss, Louisville, Marshall, Arkansas and Kentucky. His top four schools are Louisville, Tennessee, Southern Miss and Alabama.

Stewart runs a 4.55 40, bench presses 250, squats 405 and power cleans 290. He carries a 2.3 GPA and scored 21 on his ACT.

had not heard a lot mentioned of him until recently....there was a TideSports article on him and his brother not to long ago.....said both had offers. I know with that GPA he can't slip up ANY in the classroom. I have heard he has good hands, though.

I have seen him play, I for one think that the North Alabama area does not get alot of respect up here. He single handedly destroyed every team in a 7 on 7 football camp last summer and I saw him play in a football game this year, he is a freak. Great hands and speed

The Lee-Huntsville twins are a package deal and the Tide has offered scholarships. The quarterback-receiver combo were in Tuscaloosa for the Alabama-LSU game.

The Stewart twins thought playing college football out-of-state was their only option to stay together, but the Tide has their interest after taking an unofficial visit to Alabama for the LSU game.
