I don't understand the criticism. It was a short Q&A.
He said we fell short of our championship expectations.
No matter your record you always want to self scout and critique your performance.
Happy with what the staff and players are doing already.

Seriously? He gives the worst press conferences since Orgeron.
LOL, that's a little harsh. He sounds pretty normal to me. He says "uh" a lot, but that's exactly how I would sound, so I can't knock it. He doesn't have to be Winston Churchill. Just win, baby!

It's normal for internals to be different during the 2nd season of a HC than the 1st. More stability for one thing. Perhaps going into 2024 some players took a playoff spot for granted in a 12 team field since we made it in a 4 team field so often. They know now they can't just show up to win but instead have to give a bit more effort in 2025.
