From Gulf Shores Alabama, and with family in Milton Florida (who took the brunt of Dennis and it's damage), I must say that your concept is simply preposterous. I am grateful that my condo was spared any damage, but not grateful that my children and even my ex and her boyfriend had to endure massive structural damage and did fear for their lives as they called me in a panic seeking solace from my knowledge of weather systems. And when it got to the point that I had to tell my ex and my children that "Yes, you will be in the eye in about 10 minutes..." It made me sick.

I was not going to lie to them, so I told them to take cover. They did, using couches and mattresses and they were physically unhurt. If God was out to punish someone, then he should have sent Dennis to ME. I am the one who divorced my ex. So your theory is as stupid as you seem to be. I damn sure hope you cannot breed.

Actually, had you studied Christian Theology in college, you might learn that a very strong belief is that God created the system, and allows it to run at it's own course, including our ability to choose sin or salvation.

No one has answered Your Question because Your Question is pointless.

Yes, everything happens because of God's will, but that doesn't mean that when you see a truck barreling down at you, you should just stand there, secure in the knowledge that God will save you if it is His will. The whole point is that he gave you two legs and free will so that you can move your silly butt out of the freaking road.
