Don't forget about Chris Black. What I have seen of him so far, especially the Ga. St. game, was impressive.

I heard he was supposed to be as good, if not better than, Amari Cooper.


Edit: replied before reading entire thread. Good to see the love for Chris Black!

What impressed me about him on that carry Saturday was his acceleration. I swear he accelerated faster than any player I have seen since Jeff Demps or Trindon Holliday. He probably doesn't break tackles like 22, but I am surprised he is not the other back on our kick off returns.

Eh, TAMU was pretty nuts, plus there was a build up preseason and on Bama's side there was revenge.

Agree, that was a huge stage. It was only our second game, so some of those guys had only played one college game in their whole career.


I think they are more prepared now to handle the stage.

Think Bryant-Denny 2005 vs. Florida only even louder. It was truly "The Jungle". While we make fun of their delusional fans, and deservedly so, I'll give em props on making noise. making sense...that's a different story.

The more I see him run, the more he reminds me of Herschal Walker. seriously, go back and look at some film of Walker and then compare...Big and can fly.

It's easy to see that kids coming out of high school are missing fundamentals when it comes to technique. He's as big as Herschel and he's fast enough to go around. Think of all the fun we missed on all those obvious short yardage running plays?
