In my office, I frequently hear "flush out" and "flesh out" in reference to determing all of the details of a situation. Which one do you tend to use?
 
They mean different things.

To "flush out" means to reveal something previously not known or seen; to show something.

To "flesh out" means to further develop or add to a concept or project.
