Jaywalkers have become a big problem in our city. We have people literally just walking out in front of moving vehicles and trying to cross the road with zero concern about obeying traffic laws. I guess the "pedestrians have the right away" has been taken too far and these idiots don't realize that isn't an absolute statement.

People who don't return shopping carts properly.

No, it doesn't go in the grass or in the median or in the crosswalk or in an empty parking space. It goes in that area with a big sign that says return carts here. No, you are not more important than everyone else and your time isn't more precious than everyone else.

If anything represents how people are raised - this to me is it.

Freaking lazy irresponsible clods......

Back in my more quick-to-anger-and -do-something about it days, in a grocery store parking lot I had an inconsiderate moron push her cart into the empty parking space beside her car. However, it rolled to the next spot over, which is where I was. I just finished loading my groceries when the cart banged into my car. I loudly asked her what she thought she was doing and that she scratched my car. She ignored me and got back into her car. I took the cart and laid it down behind her car. Not sure how long it took her to un-wedge the cart from underneath the back of her car. :sneaky:

We sold Mom's house a couple weeks ago.

I went to the "trouble" to assemble a bunch of information for the new owner. Existing service contracts and service companies who I had stopped with their contact info. Paperwork on roof and HVAC. Extra door lock keys, etc.

Met with her also right after she moved in and asked her to let me know if she gets any mail for Mom, which I had been processing for the last few years. My step-brother - the trustee - was supposed to do a mail forward. Not sure if he even did that, of course.

So, I don't hear from her since we met. This morning I get a text about a problem she was having with the thermostat. And oh by the way - I have some of your Mom's mail.

One was a tax document I needed a week ago!

You go out of your way to help someone and in return you get pooped on.......

I'm picking up the mail this afternoon.....

Most people live by the motto if it doesn't affect them they don't care.

That's what people say. Probably true. Unfortunately, due to my upbringing mostly, I always try to be helpful. Doesn't really cost anything.

Mom fell and hurt her ankle once - had to have a cast for a couple months even.

You know how it happened?

She was at a social event and some lady was trying to get through a doorway....and Mom fell while rushing over to hold the door for her.

I will continue to abide by how I was brought up. I refuse to let others knock me off that....

People who get on social media and write all these flowery things to another person. I wonder why they didn’t just TELL THAT PERSON! I don’t need to know you love and appreciate your spouse or that you think your adult child did something you’re proud of. Neither does all the other many “friends” you have that you have never ever seen or spoken to.

Reason number 47 why I'm not on social media.

People that need to be in the turn lane, but aren't. Instead of moving forward, the inconsiderate jerks sit there and make everyone wait on them. These scum could easily just go forward and do u-turn at a different spot. Do they do this? Nope. They just sit there in that not a turn lane with their blinker on and make the 20 cars behind them wait.

Dr offices that don’t have taller seating for mobility impaired patients. Particularly places that deal with orthopedic issues or arthritis/gout issues where the patient has trouble getting out of chairs that are at a “standard” level.

Our older members here can relate I’m sure. I’m watching my father deal with fake hips and fake knees and a quad muscle that doesn’t work as a result of back surgery, absolutely struggle to try and get up out of standard height furniture. It’s brought my attention to the issue and I have begun to notice other elderly patients struggle with the same.

Getting tired of Braves fans parking in the parking lot meant for the biking/walking/running trail. We have very limited parking here and the jerks are parking here because it is free.

Would it be impolite to run them over?

Either (A) ice pick in a tire, or (b) wire cutter to cut off fill stem

People who steal items out of a package at Lowes or Home Depot. Today, I needed a kit that is packaged in a cardboard box. Three in stock, all showed signs of being opened and resealed with tape. I bust open the first one and it's missing parts. Got lucky on the second one, all there. There is a special place in you know where for those who return something after removing a part. Or use it once, and repackage it.
