I have never tried cinnamon ice cream-how about a recipe.

Recipe I have been using this recipe lately in a Cuisinart 1.5 qt ice cream maker.

A faster method is
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups half-and-half cream
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Pour into the machine and allow the ice cream to make in about 30 min or so. At 20 min add about 1/4 cup of red hot candies. Put the ice cream back in the freezer when finished to get it harder or serve from the machine for soft serve.

This fast ice cream is also great with peppermint extract and shaved chocolate with a few drops of green food coloring for fantastic mint chocolate chip. Use semi sweet chocolate.

Peaches and red hots makes an interesting ice cream too.
