It wouldn't hurt my feelings if ND never won another game. The same way I feel about UT and AU.
on what grounds, exactly?
playing for a tie with both their starting qb and hb injured?
since when does conservative playcalling merit a ban from football?
I got news for this domer; ND has always been arrogant so please don't accuse anyone on the current team for being arrogant....that's the pot calling the kettle black.
Don't feel sorry for ND football at all. Hope they go 0-12 next year. As far as I'm concerned they can go to hell.
I don't have to think anything through when it comes to ND. I don't know how old you are AlabamaSooner, but I'm old enough to remember what happened in 1966 and in 1977.
ND won the National Championship in 1966 using politics as their leverage. They played Michigan State to a tie because they knew if they finished 9-0-1 they would win the National Championship, and not accept a bowl bid.
In 1977 they used politics once again to jump over Bama in the poles to number 1. We whipped Ole Miss that year by three touchdowns, Ole Miss beats Notre Dame that year, but who ends up number 1?
I saw the ND arrogance at the 1973 Sugar Bowl. ND, and their low class fans, thought and said we were nothing but trailer trash, red neck inbreds.
They can go to hell.

hoosier please relax, it isn't like he wants them to stay in hell, just for them to go there, look around, and perhaps think about why they suck so badly.
and calling that the most classless thing on a message board.......... i would say it doesnt even register a 1 on my scale.
Actually what this guy says pretty much fits the MTV culture of kids today. I am over 55, so been around a while. I find way more, way way more kids today have no manners. When my wife and I have started to enter a store and I open the door for her, we have punk kids push through in front of her, doing their crap thing, and totally being Aholes. They show no respect. Few do. I find very few young people today who seem to be being raised with manners and morals. Clothes hanging off their butts, girls with nearly everything showing. These are young teen girls. To me that is morals and up bringing. Then you see adult males sitting in a restaurant with ball caps on their heads. My mother would have slapped that cap off my head, if my father had not knocked the head off before she could. It's the times. When folks say they wished for the good ole days, I am with them in this arena. I am glad my kids are grown and gone. I would not survive trying to raise them now. I'd be in jail. It is the liberal culture of making a parent a criminal for spanking their kids. Heck, my teachers spanked us in school. Now a teacher would go to jail. Some interesting & faily brutal stuff ......
I attended the pep rally before the USC game a couple of weeks ag o. We
were there to celebrate
our 30 yr reunion of the national championship season. The USC game was the game
30 yrs ago we brought
out the green jerseys and oh yea it was the game yours truly scored a TD..
At the pep rally we (77 team) were on the floor with the players, we
went out first and the
players came a couple of minutes behind us.. A couple of observations;
1) I couldn't believe the gangster looking suits many of these
players had on
2) Many had ear rings in
3) The posture of these players sitting in the seats. Most were so
slumped over they were laying more then sitting in a metal chair.. These players are not proud to be on the ND team
4) When the coach got up to talk they didn't stand and applaud
I am embarrassed that this guy is our coach. He is as arrogant as you
can possibly be. I would give anything to take over that team for one year free of charge and pay me at th e end of the year on my performance. It all starts with the leader and Charlie Wise is not a leader... This is a shame that ND has allowed this guy to drag our culture, our tradition, our pride and the ND family down to the lows he has. They fire Jerry Faust and Bob Davie for not winning, but the spirit and team under their leadership never died.
I only hope that ND sees through this guy and gets some one in there that can bring the
culture and ND family back to where it belongs..

Oh good grief there's one in every crowd. My strong anti ND opinion was a figure of speech and one Bama fan's opinion only. You know the old saying; opinions are like a_ _ holes, everybody has one. If I offended any Bama fan with my strong anti ND opinion, I'm sorry.
I bet my words about ND were nice compaired to the opinions of other Bama children of the 1960's and 1970's; those who witnessed first hand what I'm talking about. I'm sure they still feel strongly about it today.
oh i'm sure you were exaggerating but you sounded pretty serious and even repeated it in another post. i doubt you would really condemn people to hell given the opportunity, but it is just an extreme figure of speech to use in regards to a game played by kids.
