Army would have a win over ND so if they are unbeaten, they would deserve a at-large imo. Otherwise Cincinnati shouldn't have been top 4 that year they got in.

Also a BYU loss here would be massive for Boise. It means they would in position to get a home playoff game. Any SEC team will not want to go into Idaho in December.
