In their view I'm sure, there is no better person to hire that will constantly throw shade on UA and Nick Saban. Didn't he recently file paperwork to basically run for governor of Alabama? I actually think he would have a pretty good future in politics. I'd say this development will put an end to that.

Tubby was a commentator for ESPN before going to TTU. He wasn't his Auburn self then. Point is I doubt he plays the heel role Kannel did, I suspect he does his slightly better than Mac Brown " back in my day" angles.
