Link: ESPN Projects Alabama to Have 17 Players Drafted

This is an interesting insight into the overall talent level of the team

Overton's health is obviously a major factor, and not looking great at the moment for him

Been saying from Day 1 it’s the most talented roster in the country.

4 offensive Linemen projected to get drafted. Let that sink in!

And if all four of them go to the NFL and succeed it will make me sick and let me know the problem was the coaching. I still think a lot of it is the coaching and a change has to be made after the season at OL coach.

A lot of is coaching, yes.

But its also a big change in scheme. Saban had recruiting some behemoths at the end, these behemoths can't handle the speed rush in a now predominantly passing scheme.

They also can't handle exotic blitzes either, they look lost a lot of the time. I don't understand how that's been allowed to happen at this level.

One other contributing factor is Ty changing the play every single time.....and I mean every single pre-snap read is a change of the play. Which Oklahoma took advantage of and showed everyone what to do with us. Give Ty a read, know what he's likely to change the play to, change the defense right before the snap to the play he likely changed to.

That's the big tendency I hope they have been able to break since the SECCG. If they have not, there's no point in watching the game, we will lose and be lucky to score 10 points. Also, its very telling to me about this staff if they can't adjust here and give the offense a chance.

I also wonder how much is the guys on the OL don't even hear the change in play with all of the crowd noise. With as many times as Ty changes the play there have to be some instances where the guys just flat out don't hear it.
