The team is struggling, and posters are frustrated. Incidents of profanity, personal sparring and player bashing are up.

Fair warning: The fact that nobody’s happy doesn’t get a pass. I just suspended a member of one week’s standing for 30 days for profanity caught by the filters.

Wouldn’t have mattered if he had 20 years and 20,000 posts.

Given that we have stressors right now that we haven’t had in 17 years, everybody needs to remember that when they joined, they acknowledged understanding of all board rules, including a ban on profanity.

It’s for real.

Maybe people type their post in word and read it back. If it sounds bad or you find profanity don't post it. I have actually been doing that and believe me no one wants to read my first draft. With the teams struggle and some of the personal stuff I am going through right now my stress level is through the roof and according to a friend I have become an even worse potty mouth.

Honestly, the harshest thing I said out loud during the game was "Shameful!"
The rest of the time I was actually laughing at the comedy of errors unfolding on the TV screen.
My cable went out due to the weather............between checking my phone and calling my mom to tell her the score, I spent time in the workshop building scale models..........and my stress level stayed low
