I know it's been popular to say that this third year CKD is "under pressure". But in reality, I think it is Grubb. Friends or not, if he doesn't improve how he calls and manages games, he may find himself in the same position he was with the Seahawks, not brought back.
TBF this is Grubb's second season with us, but yeah if the OL isn't improved... 😎

I still think a year or two under Saban running an “Alabama” offense would have done wonders for Grubbs offensive philosophy. Designing plays and having them picked apart by one of the greatest defensive minds of our time does wonders for development. He should have taken the job under Nick’s conditions. c'est la vie,

I thought this was interesting:

"I mean, I think anybody that has experience year one to year two at Alabama, myself included, is you're just gonna be a step ahead. You come here, you know the expectations, you know what it feels like. And honestly, you get a little more excited, in my opinion."
