Favorite Teams?

MLB- Cardinals!!! ......Rangers #2
NFL- Jets (a man on two bad legs carries the weight of an entire city on his shoulders and promises victory -- gotta love it)
NBA- Whoever has a Bama player on the court
NHL- Strikes and Lockouts ;)

NFL- NY Football Giants (Why did they pass on Shaun Alexander for Ron Dayne?)
NBA- Boston
MLB - October baseball is usually interesting... I don't care who is playing...
NHL- NJ Devils
NASCAR - the one redneck guy who drives that one car with the logos on it in a circle for like 15 hours... he's awesome
Chess - If we are including NASCAR we should include chess
Monopoly - Ok this is silly now
 
NFL-49ers(went to see Rice and Dieon beat the Falcons in 95)
MLB- hate it
NBA-Kings/Sixers(I like Mike Bibby and Iverson)
NHL-its dead RIP
 
For Crimsontidelady, I hate the redsox! Yankees up 3 games to none and Joe Torre leaves in a exredsox pitcher and we lose the game & playoffs. But you are a good fan for your teams, and say hello to Randy Johnson. Here is a football comment..My son's team will be favored to win the State Title. Louisville Male Bulldogs. 3rd in the nation in total wins.
 
NFL: COWBOYS since 1964 through good time and bad times

NBA: Lakers when Jerry West played. Now, never watch a game, even when Jordan played up here in Chicago

MLB: Used to be a White Sox fan, but lost interest when the league went on strike

NHL: Not much of a fan, but going to Blackhawks games back in the '60's was fun.

NASCAR: Jimmie Johnson

But, none of the above really matters. ROLL TIDE!!!!!

College: Bama in ALL sports of course.

MLB: Braves (grew up on the Murph, Bob Horner, G. Hubbard, Claudell etc. and on those horrible uniforms when they avg. 100 losses...no one can accuse me a being a band wagon jumper on or off)

NBA: Loved the Celtics until they went the way of the Thugs, Loved the Bulls until Jordan left...Now I can only root for the Spurs because the Admiral and Duncan were throwbacks to a time where class was still something one strived to display!!!

NFL: Broncos (even after they lost 4 S.B.'s I was rewarded by 2 straight...always loved Elways determination)

NHL: I am so glad it no longer exists. To me NHL=time to switch channels away from Sportscenter.

Nascar: Any driver whose main sponsor is a beer company. Always found it interesting to advertise beer cans going 200 miles per hour.

Golf: Lefty

Tennis: Agassi and any other American who can kick the crap out of a foreigner

World Series of Poker: I like that Fat Guy that won it this year "Fossil Man"

Soccer: If I could erase one sport from the collective mind of all human beings it would be this sport.

Boxing: Does anyone else long for some more greats in this sport? I love boxing but it has really sucked lately, but Ricky Hatton from Manchester, England is awesome.

Favorite Teams

BAMA first and foremost - I Bleed Crimson!!!

NFL - Steelers fan since childhood but I try to pull for the teams that have former Alabama players.

NBA - whatever team Robert Horry is playing on first then other teams that have Alabama players.

MLB - I do not really follow pro baseball I find it moves too slow, but my younger brother has brainwashed me into following the Atlanta Braves I don't watch the games I just get scores and highlights on sportscenter.

NHL - this is one step above professional wrestling - do not follow.
 
NFL--I was a big Cowboys fan back in the days of Staubach and Dorsett, now
who cares

MLB--Braves and Orioles

NHL--Washington Caps

NBA--I used to enjoy the NBA when Bird and Magic went at it, then Jordan came in and if you can't appreciate Air Jordan...but now ....(BTW I think that the first pick of the NBA Draft this year will be Mike Tyson. :biggrin:

NFL - favorite is Shaun..umm I mean Seattle
also like the Patriots, Packers, Jets, and Falcons
NBA- none, don't care a thing about it
MLB - BRAVES BRAVES!! Love my Braves!
NHL- what's that? ;) couldn't even name five teams..b o r i n g
