I have never been a fan of the "cartoon to live-action remake" phenomenon. it strikes me as uncreative and lazy.
Also, I think Ms. Zigler could use some coaching on Public Relations. The goal of a commercial endeavor like a film is to make money by putting butts in seats and eyeballs on screens. Anything said in public that undermines that goal is counterproductive.
