The third OOC game would be "The Games of The Century". This would be home-and-home games against the likes of Texas, Notre Dame, Michigan, USC, Oklahoma, Florida State, etc, etc, etc.

I don't wanna play texas unless its in a BCS game, at least not for a couple of years. let them beat themselves against an inferior team like they did this year. they're too talented right now.

Notre Dame on the other hand i would love. Payback for that 73 NC. Theyre the perfect team to schedule... theyre overrated and undercoached (undercoached on the defensive side) perfect for a BCS boost and media.

If we're serious about winning NC's again, it does us no good to schedule hard ooc games. Just go undefeated in the SEC and you'll have a shot most years.

I agree.It's tough enough in the SEC.We don't get the wuss in conference opponents that Big 10 and Pac 10 teams do.The big time games would be fun to watch like the FSU game next year but it is taking a big chance with the SEC schedule being as tough as it already is.I think we will have our hands full with Houston next season.Until every conference has a championship game everything isn't going to be equal.Though A&M still would be a game I wouldnt miss.

I want Rutgers bad. They need to come down to earth. If it wasn't for Miami, BC, and VA Tech going to the ACC, I'd like to see how they would do. I'm tired of all of the wanabie Rutgers fans already. I'd like to see Bama play some Yankee schools....

That's funny about not being bothered with a bowl game. Even if we went undefeated, I'm sure some people would say "hey, every team they played has at least one loss. Let's put Boise State in the championship game".

I know it sure would help me out, but I would vote for the OR St Beavers. Ole Mike Riley is doing a good job with them right now and we all know he is a Bama man. Actually OR ST vs LSU had a great series a few years ago, but I dont remember LSU coming up here to play them. Anyways there a up a coming team and the Pac 10 vs SEC seems to be good matchups.

I lived in LA when we came out to play the Bruins 5-6 years ago and I swore up and down noway the Pac 10 would beat a SEC team, and I knew they wouldnt beat us. They pretty much whipped us and I changed about the Pac 10 at that point.
