What was the supposed strategy in that?

I didn’t agree with that one. It did force UT to use a timeout but still should have just scored IMO.

Yeah. I thought the strategy was to hold the ball, chew up some clock, then kick a field goal with three seconds left. But no, they went ahead and took it in. It made no sense to me.

Yup. It’s a two score game. If they’re up 7-8 as a result of the TD I get it maybe. But in that scenario it was just dumb.
