While we lost the game, I think the recruits in attendance saw the obvious issues we have with depth. With the prospects of early PT, i think this game will really help us with the true "impact" players we are recruiting.
The second week in a row our recruits were put in an electric atmosphere for a nail biter that came down to the final seconds. Plus ESPN was there both games and Gameday for this one. Our exposure the last two weeks has been terrific. I have to think this will pay huge dividends.
That was my thoughts as well on the past two weekends. We've had the most top prospects on our campus than any where in the nation along with great hard fought games, one came out with a win one did not which I think a loss does help recruiting especially the likings of Julio, Arthur, Antoine, and Jerrell. Their positions are all losing players or playing those of talent but probably not the level of talent these guys have.
can anyone tell me who was sitting close to Julio? he was sitting to the right of julio with one guy in between them. i saw him sitting next to julio at the ark game too. he was wearing a brown shirt....could never read his name tag....just wondering if maybe he was a commit...
