GOOD GAME TONIGHT

I have no idea what to expect. I don't think the Sooners can count on three turnovers and a missed field goal, so it will be tough. Norman has seen a lot of big games over the last 100 years, tonight might be the biggest since the old Big Eight days.
A close game with no injuries is what I'm hoping for.
Merry Christmas and safe travels. Norman is ready for a huge crowd.
Was at the game. Tremendous atmosphere. I honestly did not encounter 1 obnoxious okla fan……very classy all the way around

You are a class act. Honestly, I didn't think we could come back from 17 points down, but this Alabama team has grit.

Being a dual-citizen on a single nation forum is a tough walk to walk, but Sooner manages it. I'm sure he will be back.

Meanwhile, the eternal truth applies to both teams - you're not as good as you think you are when you win, or as bad as you think you are when you lose.

Dean Smith wrote about this issue of “visiting the opposing team’s locker room after beating them” in his autobiography. He told of an opposing coach they faced frequently (so I assume it was another ACC team) who didn’t often enjoy success against UNC. On one occasion, this unnamed team and coach beat UNC, and that coach showed up in the UNC locker room all happy and congratulating UNC on a hard fought game. The next time they played, UNC avenged the loss, and the same coach was nowhere to be seen in UNC’s locker room, indicating the coach’s true class and sportsmanship (or lack thereof). That story made an impression on me and ever after has informed my behavior.
