Actually that isn’t true anymore. It’s 33 million to buy saban out. Originally he didn’t have one but I think the contract after the Texas scare included It. Buyouts also protect the university where a coach can’t be poached. Ole Miss had to pay FAU 1.5 million to get kiffin.
