Sometime in the second half on Saturday during a break, there was a song that was being played with a chorus that goes something like:

"Singing whoa, oh, ohh, oh"

It kind of reminds me of a dance/jazzy kind of beat and one guy with a lower-pitched voice is singing the song. Anyone know which song it may be? Thanks.

Wasn't there, but a popular football song is "Our Time Now - The Plain White T's"

Don't know if this is it, but that lyric stuck out to me.

RS... the beat is too up-tempo. If it helps any, the pitch from the first whoa starts decreasing steadily in the series. In fact, the guy sounds like he's singing in either a baratone (sp?) or bass octave. Thanks.

It may be either of these:

Kernkraft 400 by Zombie Nation

or

This one by the Black Eye Peas

TM... neither of those either - though the first one is definitely used at BDS a lot. This one actually has lyrics in the verses. If it helps any, there's a very distinct difference between the pitch of the verses and the chorus. At the chorus line it goes (going higher to lower)... "singing whoa-oh, oh, oh! singing whoa-oh, oh, oh!" Pretty sure I heard it toward in the 4th quarter the other night.

Look at this... I get to plug my own video while hopefully answering your question... I heard this song so many times Sunday (while editing) that I'm pretty sure it's what you mean...

Taio Cruz, Dynamite. It was played in the stadium and a friend said "use that as the video song!"

Sara E... that's not it either, though that's a good video. Like the other songs, the one I heard was to a slower beat than this one. Thanks though.

Haha well now I feel bad... but in my defense, that song has the line "Singing ay-oh."

EDIT:

How about this one? It's probably something they'd play in the stadium, though I didn't hear it Saturday.

I know they played this during the game, just can't remember exactly when, but the song you're looking for may be "Home" by Mark Broussard.

EDWD... thanks man! That's it. I only caught a portion of it and couldn't really distinguish the words to the chorus - obviously didn't know it was a drawn-out "Home". Thanks to everyone else for the suggestions... one of those songs that I can't get out of my mind and wanted to listen to the whole song.
