Does anybody think this Holloway thing will ever be solved. Im starting to have my doubts. That Vander Sloot guy is not breaking as much as I thought he would. I wonder if she drowned or maybe ran away. There has to be some explination somewhere out there.

No.

I suspect that there was foul play involved, and such occured out at sea.

Disappear in that environment and you'll probably never be found.
 
THis has always been my theory

Natalee was on the beach late at night with Van Der Sloot, both having had too much to drink. He wanted to be intimate, she didn't and when he got a little too handsy, she tried to run away. He got up, caught her, slapped her around, raped her and in the middle of it, got a little too physical with her, killed her. He panicked, called his dad who instructed him on how to dispose of the body. He and the Kalpoe brothers took the body to a boat, took her a mile or so out to sea, probably cut the body a little to produce blood and dumped it. Needless to say, the body was quickly eaten by sharks.

I hate to say it but I don't think we'll ever know, despite the fact those little turds know what happened to her.
 
I honestly think she's dead. However .... I thought the same of Elizabeth Smart. I do feel for the family though -- and wish they could have some kind of closure.

I happen to agree with TiderinVA -- I think something happened on the beach and the boy(s) panicked and either killed her or she died on her own and they threw her body into the sea.

I'm tip-toeing lightly about this subject.

Several posters took offense when I posted the same thing several weeks ago.

The body probably was eaten by sharks. If the vnader sloot kid did it he probably had access to a boat. That has been my guess all along. They were getting into it but he wanted to go a little further than she did. He got mad and flipped out. He then called his friends to help him load and get rid of the body. Who knows but I hope they find her soon.
 
I keep flip-flopping (sorry) b/t the fact that she is dead or sold in a sex trade to Venezuala.

Have you heard that Beth confronted Deepak yesterday at his work,wanting to know answers about what happened to Natalee. Now he is going to serve her with harassment papers? Answer the d@mn questions you idiot, and you wouldn't have to worry about her "confronting" you!!!! :mad2:
 
Where did the sex trade thing come from? Has that been in the news? I heard that the punk vanderslwasshisname had a history of drugging othe women. It was postulated that she was not too dunk but drugged with the date rape stuff, then raped and then prolly taken out to sea.

There has been other incidents of tourists getting abducted and being sold off into the sex trade in South America/Latin America. That is probably where that theory developed. Unfortunately, a blonde haired, blue eyed American girl would be a prime target.

If that did happen, I suspect that whoever had her probably did away with her once the story got real big. I also think that the DJ on the party boat, boat being the operative word here, knows more than he's telling.

Wouldn't trust those reports if I were you. Half of what Greta's reported on Fox has turned out to be BS. And don't even get me started on moustache man. Here's a couple blogs that have been covering the story (with varying degrees of success):

p.s. My two cents: She's dead. She OD'ed (or died of alcohol poisoning). They panicked and dumped her body.

Don';t you all think it a LITTLE ODD that the gardener who was the witness who says he saw the 3 guys disposing of a body is now "missing"...??!!?

The ineptness & cover-up's & unseeming "coincidences" are way over the line...
 
I dont think they will lose any tourisim money. Its not Aruba's fault she dissapeared. Some people from Alabama might cancel but I would guess it doesnt really matter to others around the country.

I don't think they will see a noticable drop in tourism. Every year we have stuff happen in Gulf Shores, like Thomas Summerlin getting killed in a thundershower. that teenager that jumped from the 7th floor of his condo trying to hit the pool...and missed. This or that shark deciding to gnaw on people, and every year, people keep coming back. (Which is not a bad thing, just some of them should be more careful.)

I do hate it for Natalee and her family.
