Every game this year, I have worn the shirt I picked up at the ADay game. Once we whipped Clemson, I have been afraid to wash it....with the sweatin' that I did during the LSU game, I sooo badly want to.

With only 4 games left in the season, I am wondering if I should or not!!

Maybe just Febreze it and call it good?

Wash that shirt everyone around you will thank you for it. While you are at it take a bath yourself and use some deodorant. ;)

Did you wash it before the Clemson game? If so, washing it probably has nothing to do with winning.

Don't you dare wash that shirt!

Take one for the team and go watch the game in a room by yourself (hey, it's your lucky shirt, dude). You can wash it again in February. :)

I bathed before the Arkansas game, thank you very much!! :D

I would feel sooo guilty if we lost because I washed it. Those around me can deal with it a few more games, I suppose. I would rather they suffer as opposed to carrying that burden of a loss with me the rest of my life!! ;)

I think you should conduct a poll on this subject. In case I'm not around for the poling...I vote NOT to wash the shirt!. Suck it up and wear it unwashed through the national Championship game!!!

WASH IT!!! Our team will take the field and play their game no matter what. If you wash it and we lose, it isn't your fault, it's just coincidence.
I usually drink beer and eat junk food prior to games. I've done it since going to the university in 2003. We were bad for all those years, I do the same thing now, and we are good...

Don't do anything different at this late stage! Wrap it around a box of dryer sheets, that'll kill the funk. Or help others to stand you :) I've kept my superstitions restricted to Saturday. No Bama T-shirt, same necklace, same cheese and chips for nachos, etc. I desperately wanted to change my ringtone on my phone so I waited until Arkansas State and when the Tide kept rolling, I figured it was OK.

DON'T wash the shirt! it's hung in there this long....i also have my lucky shirt (actually says Lucky Gameday Shirt on it :) )that i have worn EVERY game this year...luckily my superstition includes washing it after each game :)

but you can't mess with it now!

even Coach Saban has his lucky penny - and has worn the same hat in practice all season :)

Do NOT wash your shirt! Wife asked me if I wanted to cook out tonight... my response NO! We are 10-0 and have not cooked out all year; I do not want to do anything different before kick off.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!

Don't even put any smell goods on it! I say if we win the National Championship that you deserve one of the NC rings. Put that puppy up til next year and do not change a thing til we unfortunately lose a game. Then you have permission from the BAMANATION to throw some tide on there.

I always wash my Alabama gameday shirt and usually wear it. If you choose not to wash it though I have discovered that just having the shirt out and hanging somewhere nearby works just as well. Earlier this year I was sweating a little prior to the kick-off of one game and took it off. I didn't want to get it sweaty. lol It was against one of the easier opponents and I hung it on my stair rail. The game kicked-off and I decided to go shirtless the rest of the way. It worked, Bama won comfortably. Just an option to consider. lol

I agree, poll, poll, poll!!:PDT_ura1:I think it'll be fun to see how many people on here are superstitious.

BTW, I vote to NOT wash the shirt. Don't mess with a good thing...
