Yep. I don't remember exactly what our starting XI looked like against Chelsea, but I guarantee we'll see Foden, Mahrez, and a couple others who didn't start that game.MC will look like a different animal on the 29th
I have to admit, I really wish I had started following the EPL years ago. So much better. To all my fellow EPL fans. Isn't it great. Whether you support Liverpool, Chelsea, or the Rags, it is the most popular sport in the entire world -- and I don't count USA and Canada for the MLB "World" Series. Like City in 2019-20, Liverpool were devastated by injuries at the back this season. Not having enough quality players in its squad, Liverpool suffered. Chelsea have done well since Tuchel arrived but 7 players in defense kicking a long ball towards the other goal isn't exactly attractive football. Effective maybe, but not attractive. City play beautiful football.
I'm more seeing the fight between Liverpool, City, United and Chelsea. I'm not so sold on Spurs. Jose was NEVER the right look for them and I think their locker room will have issues for a couple seasons because of it. Chelsea, however, is gaining steam. Now if Kane ends up somewhere in the Prem (Not Anfield) and gets himself together, there could be another player. Like, West Ham. Lingard and Kane might make a run. Rumor is Ole is not keen on retaining Lingard and West Ham adore him.I'm sure you will. I'm just glad Pep got the reset button in December and got everyone on the same page again.
My wife is a big Liverpool fan, as well as my buddy in the UK. I believe Liverpool had a unique set of circumstances that caused their trouble this year. I expect next year to be a fight for the Champions League with Liverpool and Tottenham regaining their form.
City play EXPENSIVE football. I'm just saying. lolTo all my fellow EPL fans. Isn't it great. Can West Ham afford him?I'm more seeing the fight between Liverpool, City, United and Chelsea. I'm not so sold on Spurs. It pays to be owned by the Sheik!City play EXPENSIVE football. I'm just saying. lol
Point taken. Perhaps they have to sell a good bit. But true enough, they couldn't afford to buy Lingard AND KANE.Can West Ham afford him?
Haaland? Come on, let us have that one! Could you imagine the money to be made if y'all got Haaland and we got Mbappe?!?! WOW.It pays to be owned by the Sheik!
But, we've already payed so much in transfer fees I hope we pass on Kane. I'd rather spend a bit more for Haaland.
Hey! He's a legacy!Haaland? Come on, let us have that one! Could you imagine the money to be made if y'all got Haaland and we got Mbappe?!?! WOW.
