Entre: Italian Meatball Subs

[It's On A Slab]

-Microwave the meatballs in the sauce. Allow for 6 meatballs per sub sandwich.

-Slice hoagies lengthwise, place 6 meatballs per sandwich, and cover with sauce. Spread mozzarella on subs as needed.

-Place sandwiches under the broiler until the cheese melts, and the subs get a good toasting.

-Serve subs with carrots and ranch dressing.

I make mine like this too. I put onions in the sauce. I will cook the onions till they are soft.
