Praying for this young man. kid can’t seem to catch a break in terms of injuries.
“We are pleased to report that Jah has full feeling and motion, and he is currently undergoing a thorough medical assessment to determine the next steps in his recovery."

Praying that this is just a neck stinger! While very painful it is a much quicker turn around than any of the other possibilities
Full feeling and motion.....thank God. I know they all must have been scared when it happened.
Apparently had a pretty big surgery today. I hope he is ok and has full neurological function and can move on to full life after football.

This was a very significant injury. If I had to guess most likely some type of unstable neck fracture. Type and location are the key things. Good news is movement in his extremities.
The young man is very fortunate.i hate it for him because he has had one injury after the next.throughout his career.

First off! I would like to thank GOD for his grace and mercy. Cause if it hadn’t been for Him none of this wouldn’t have been possible. Second off I would like to thank the whole UA facility and staff for jumping into full gear making sure baby boy was stable heading to the ER. Last but not least I would like to thank friends and family that took time out their busy schedule to check in on us. Just know that everyone thought, prayers, phone calls, text and tokens of love was greatly appreciated. Cause know this was yet one of the worst feeling/ phone call a mother could received not knowing what to expect or the outcome, but what i did know was GOD had his hands on his/our child. For that reason I’m forever thankful and grateful. Well I can say our son(Jah-Marien Latham)is heading home and we’re on the road to recovery. He’s in great spirit! The love and support was strictly enforced! Thanks again and again.
