After JB went down did it seem like BC was a little upset with the injury and his game we a little south after this injury? I was at the game and BC stayed with JB tell they took him off the field. I know they are roommate and just wondering if yall think this might of bothered him during the game? This is just for your thought? I would think BC could shake that off, but just a observation. Well here's something to think about:

NOT only is JB Brodie's best friend, etc etc etc - BUT now the rhythm of the offense is REALLY off.......getting used to a new guy (I dont care how capable or good the new guy is) on the spot is almost impossible. Getting used to a new guy in one week is next to impossible...we're in trouble I'm afraid - so much of this is just plain unfortunate, becasue if we had Pro & JB still in the game - we're undefeated this year - hands down. And I'm not just saying that WITHOUT them, we're not good (because they are certainly AWESOME players) - but I say it because our RHYTHM is now OFF........too hard to get it back in sync within a week or 2...It's just sickening. I hate that the pressure is on our defense so much right now.

It was very apparent that it bothered Brodie the whole game. He had his worst game that I can remember. He even stayed with J.B. after the game and traveled back to Tuscaloosa with J.B. in the ambulance.

Plus Brodie was directly involved in the injury after the MSU DL grabbed his facemask and slammed Brodie into the legs of Closner. That had to be painful for Brodie.

Of course Brodie was upset... he anf JB are the best of friends but not only that, I think it is safe to say that those two being seniors were the "leaders" of the offense. Brodie has a week to overcome being upset.

Remember that Britt has been taking 40% of the snaps in practice, so we are not THAT much off on timing, now reading the opponents D is another thing.

AND he is a senior. So he's been in the system. I think that we will have a gameplan that will minimize the loss of Closner...

C'mon y'all, where's the faith in our boys? I know all this is a little scary and it's almost impossible not to be worried about it but we've gotta believe in them just like we always have. They won't let us down. They never do. Even when they've lost games, they always played with their hearts and gave it all they could. This week is no different. They're gonna show up, play with all their heart and soul and kick the crap out of the Tigahs. Our seniors are not gonna take us this far just to lose to LSU. We're the Crimson Tide, damnit! I say bring it on.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!

I thought the same thing mp. The fact that JB's leg was caught under BC didn't help matters either. As for the snap problems, I felt they were more on BC and perhaps a little lack of focus than on TB. I expect this week that all of this to be ancient history and for all of the offense to concentrate on the task at hand.
