I had the pleasure of hearing Coach Stallings and Jay Barker at a speaking engagement Saturday evening. Coach Stallings told a story that happened a few months ago. He asked John Mark who was the best coach to ever coach at Alabama. John Mark replied "Nick Saban". Does John Mark know something?

I've never had the honor or pleasure of meeting John Mark but from everything I've read and heard he is a complete and total pleasure and ray of sunshine to be around, i can understand why Coach Stallings has a special place in his heart for people like John Mark.

Have you ever thought it might be the other way around? I have worked with Downs Syndrome folks for a long time - they pick who they want to love, not the other way. I had twin girls in my Sunday School class for over ten years - they would not move up when the time came - THEY were the blessing for me. Maybe CGS gets his that way too.
 
John Mark must know something? Nice. I never had the pleasue of meeting him while I was a student in the early to mid 90s.
