I finished watching this last night. I hope he can break the record, but if he doesn't it was still amazing how he fought back. The video footage was awesome. When they crashed you could hear the bikes and bodies hit the road. Really gives you an idea of how much that hurts.Watched the Netflix doc on Mark Cavendish tonight "Never Enough".
Outstanding and makes you pull for the guy to beat EM's record even more.
Highly recommended......
He finally got the record the other day.Me too!
BTW......Cav's next opportunity to win a stage will be on Friday.
I felt bad for the breakaway guy today. He led for all but the last ten miles.Been a great tour so far!

Thank you to whoever updated the thread title.
I had no idea you could change the thread title. I have never started a thread in all these years so I just assumed that the mods were the only ones who could change them. Learn something new everyday. The thread author has the ability to do this - so I did.
A moderator can also do it on any thread - but I'm not one of those here (yet).
And I agree with you Con on TP and JV.....will be interesting to see what happens on the mountain stages coming up.....
I’ll have to go back and look at that. He looks rough in the picture.Watching this morning.
Lot of discussion about yesterday's crash. More to come on that.
Meanwhile sadly, Primoz has withdrawn from the tour......

The mountain roads are so narrow. Are they for one way traffic or can you drive both ways? Today has been pretty good. The American Quinn set the pace all the way up the Col du Tormulet.
Yes it was. I just finished it. Tomorrow is supposed to be the toughest of the year.Incredible finish.....just wow!
Not sure about your question.
Visma really missing Sepp Kuss this year!
