Lou Holtz Has Gotta Go.

It appears that ESPN with Davis, Holtz and May is trying to replicate in the studio what they have on Gameday. Holtz I think is suppose to be to May what Corso is to Herbstreit. But it is not working. I think Mark May has gotten better, I did not like him at first. There is no disguising Holtz's love for ND and SOS. He is just plain AUful.

His incoherent babbling and spitting is just awful. and he doesn't offer any college football insight. He just says "so and so will beat so and so" and that's it.

Lou Holtz just looks like he walked on set by accident and nobody could get him to leave. I see how Rece Davis just brushes off his comments with a chuckle and an "Okay, well we've got more to come on the College Kickoff Preseason Show." And Mark May is one "Granny Holtz ND reference" away from spiking his prune juice.

Granny is just another example of ESPN's midwest bias and love of all things ND that they create jobs for the ND-hasbeen coaches.

Please explain to me how Holtz can get a gig on ESPN when he has cheated at every school he coached at. I guess that awful suit he was wearing was made with teflon.

BRing Trev Alberts back. At least he was more objective in his analysis

Agreed about Trev, he was great. Suffering Succotash seems like he has his depends in a wad. Speaking of that, do you think the waskaly wabbit bought gold depends for ND or they just turned out that way?;)

Last season Lou was talking and the ESPN crew just cut him off. The crew switch to the game day bunch and said "Thanks Lou for that" laughing. Going back to Granny and Mark May you could see he was pretty mad. Mark and Chris did most of the talking while Holtz sit sulking. It was clearly seen by everyone watching. Classic mad granny holtz. I am sure the ESPN conversation about granny holtz are classic in their own right. Would be fun to watch Holtz on the Rocky Top Commercial ESPN pulled a couple of years back.

Think i'll run over to YouTube and do a search for Lou Holtz. if there's not any video over there showing off his fantastic speaking ability, there darn well should be!

Anyone see his laughing fit tonight during halftime of the Nev-FS game? I thought he was gonna pop something.
