The story seems to still be unfolding. I dropped by TigerDroppings and they seem to think it might be an ACL tear.

Here's to a full & speedy recovery young man..I hope if he can't go this season, he'll be able to take a Medical RS, come back one more year & finish off his football career that way..With the advances of medical technology Players are able to come back just as strong & just as good as they were before the injury..

I sure hate things like this. LSU has some good depth. Someone will step up.

Alabama has had pretty good injury luck even though several go down each year. Our depth is what helps keep it from becoming a season ending situation for the team.
