And the answer is:My wife, who's not much of a football fan, asked me why does Kelly always throw the team and his QB under the bus first, then later come around to saying they have to coach better. We saw that a lot on the news down here, even after they won.
A narcissist man typically exhibits a grandiose sense of self-importance, a constant need for admiration, and a lack of empathy. He may also have a strong sense of entitlement, manipulate others for personal gain, and be arrogant and envious of others. These traits can manifest as a need for control, a lack of accountability, and an inability to take responsibility for his actions.
Anything about “better coaching” from Kelly was “Coach Speak”. Deep down it was always the players fault, the assistant coaches fault, the officials, the weather, etc….etc…etc. Kelly is completely incapable of accepting blame. He might say it, but he certainly doesn’t mean it.
