The story must be false. The barn only signs players with character and then embraces them into the bosom of the fambly. There is no way that a member of the fambly could be booted from two different schools!

From #1 running back recruit, to SEC freshman of the year, to national championship game MVP, to being booted of two college teams. Is that a downward spiral?

Malzahn has no one to blame but himself. He knew what kind of a person Dyer was from coaching him for two years at API.

So what FCS school will be desperate enough to take him?

Not FCS but look for Alabama State to go after him...they sucked up Crowell like an anteater at an ant farm, why not another thug.

I hope this is rock bottom for him - he has the kind of talent that, with the right attitude and work ethic, can change his future for generations.
I agree 100% with ya..He has all the tools needed to make it to the NFL..I hope he turns it around..He can as good of a football player as he wants too be..Cause the road he's traveling down now won't end well for him..

This is wishful thinking but maybe he will get into a financial bind and need some money. Then one of the big time sports publications pays him for his "tell all" on his AU recruitment. I know, we would never get that lucky.

I hate to admit this, but I really hate that he did not sign with Bama. No disrespect to any other coach out there, but Dyer is his own worst enemy. Only a top tier coach like Saban can make a person lik,e this play and pay attentions to how he shoulkd act on and off the field. I would venture that even the Boogs would readily admit to this...now.

Maybe, but some people just aren't going to do right. Even CNS couldn't get Duron Carter to buy in and keep his head straight. I will say he would have had a much better chance here than he got under Chiznit and Malzahn.

He'll get a shot at the league. Will be a LONG shot, but he'll get a shot. Kid has thrown away a golden opportunity...two of them
