CBS Sports HQ is on Paramount Plus, however the CBS Sports Network itself is not on Paramount Plus.

One option is to get a free trial with a streaming service like Fubu or Hulu or Youtube.tv if you don't have it and then cancel tomorrow.

Yes YouTube Tv has it. CBS Sports Network is right above ESPN on my channel list.
