I like CJM's philosophy.........why try to change 50 to suit you, when you can change you to fit 50. IOW it's better to adapt to what you have than to try to change everything/everyone to suit you. I think he's gonna be a good one. First year might not show it (although I hope he's great from the get-go!), but overall I think he will be successful.

LT says he likes coming down because he loves the area & says it's his job and there is great football & a lot of great Bama people down there . Support and develope the players to be they best that they can be . Forced the barn to be referred to as the other team in the state . Not focused on anyone else - only us .
