Ref blew the play dead with the wrong call of incomplete. Louisville never ran it all the way to the endzone because of the whistles...they got hosed. Welcome to the ACC Louisville.

Why not just let the play go and then review it afterwards. If you blow it dead and are wrong you cost the other team a 90 yard touchdown. If you let it go and are wrong there is no harm to either team. Why aren't the officials trained to follow this protocol?
