The implication here is clearly he was doing this in 2015, which pretty well blows the theory that he got hired in 2021 out of the water. Furthermore, if one wants to point out he didn't get actually hired as a paid assistant until May 2022, there goes the 2021 theory.
this is the Barry Bonds uses steroids argument all over again. I've gotten so sick and tired of people saying that they would vote for Bonds for the Hall of Fame because he was a Hall of Famer before he began using steroids, which assumes they know when he began using steroids.
Same thing here. People have concocted a theory about Harbaugh that isn't even based on an accurate timeline at this point. And they've run with it, presumably because they want it to be true.
I'm not saying what he did was OK, and I think the notion he didn't know about it is ludicrous. it's just that it doesn't line up with the dates at this point.
