Mike Ford stats...

ok so what is improper about this.

1) Mike Ford did commit and sign an LOI to the University of Alabama.
2) because of a learning disability he did not qualify to attend the University of Alabama
3) He would have been a part of our running back stable. And a highly effective one. I loved his videos out of High School.
4) he said nothing that was not true. He did sign an LOI but because of a learning disability he did not qualify.
5) from what i hear he did well in class study homework etc but seemed to have a panic attack on tests. nothing major alot of people do and because of this his TEST scores did not really reflect what he was capable of.

I think you guys who have bashed the one posting this are in violation of the "rules" more for bashing the one who posted it. He posted no rumor or any sort. did not call anyone any names just posted a fact pure and simple.

if you check at the bottom of his post you'll notice it was edited by a mod, the post were made previous to that edit.

Ok every one im sorry i just call things like how i see them, hes not stupid, he just wasnt able to get in the school b/c of his grades. Does that make everyone happy now? Why our yall even worring about this any way, its football season, not trying to get mediocore kids in college time.

Blake, there are alot of of people that you would call "mediocre" that are some of the brightest minds. Just because someone doesn't score high on test doesn't mean they are stupid or mediocre. My best friend has zero college and just did enough to graduate high school. His knowledge has been sought by many much more educated than him. I am college educated and find myself in awe of him and his business sense. He has been more successful personally and in business than most ever will be. Sam Walton also only had a 9th grade education. I guess he was just mediocre also.

Playing against Elon (I have no clue who they are), Ford put up 83 yards on only 6 carries and had 2 TD's. Imagine if he was part of our RB stable!

The only downside is that you tend to dig up old dirt and re-kindle some really old arguments that had previously been put to rest

I think it helps to check your own grammar when you're going to "call things like you see them."
