New Prothro Video!!!!

I'm not a big "might have been" kind of guy, but I have to wonder what would have happened if he hadn't tried to play through the pain of the helmet to the shin on the punt return. Oh well...

Great video. Thanks for sharing. It literally brought tears to my eyes. It's difficult to watch him bring out the game ball for the All-Barn game after witnessing his unbelieveable talent. What moves! What a football player!

I pray the Lord blesses Tyrone with a miracle.

God bless you TP and thank you for the wonderful memories you gave us on the football field.

That man is truly amazing!!!!!!!
I watched this video with my 4 year old son in my lap and just wish he could understand how awesome Prothro was on the field. It would be a great blessing for Tide football and ecspecially for Pro's athletic career, if he could return to the game!

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!

I have always liked Prothro. He was truely a pleasure to watch. He made up for his small body with the size of the toughness in his heart. I have always said that if the rest of the Bama fb players had half the heart as TP, we would be undefeated and national champions. I have wondered if TP were healthy, would he be what CNS looks for in a football player? :BigA:

i have no doubt in my mind that CNS would love to have a game breaker like TP on his team.

That's tough to watch. It's gets you all geeked up about what Pro could do with the ball and then you realize he'll probably never play again.

He was truly one of a kind.

WOW, what talent. Forget about what might have been, Tide fans were lucky to have seen what was. Roll Tide

Of all times, I was in Gatlinburg on the day of the UF vs. AL game and their local CBS affiliate out of Knoxville was showing the Jefferson Pilot game at 11:30 (which was TENN vs. ?) and stayed with that game until it went off. So I missed the first half of the first quarter and missed the shot to the shin on the punt return. I'd love to see a video of that. I've heard others speculate that his leg was probably broken on that play with some kind of hair-line fracture and then it just snapped on the play in the end zone.

Truly one of the best small recievers I've ever seen. Ted Ginn but with a better attitude and strength advantage. TP could have been the next steve smith in the pro's. Great guy too. Sometimes i wonder how that LSU game and the Auburn game would have changed with Pro around. Roll tide.

All of the above ... and more! Will this video be available for purchase?
Thanks, Pro ... the Tide was Rollin' ... and will again ... but I loved to watch your plays! Best wishes always from your Tide fans. :BigA:

Though I love the hire of Saban, if Pro had not gotten injured, Mike Shula would still be coaching here. He made Shula look like a genius.
