Nice Article on how to survive a CNO's MBB practice

Yeah, golf has become my jam. Started playing in my early 20's, but it's really about the only sport (other than Cornhole - Is that a sport?) that I can do.

Luckily, my back tolerates a golf swing and now that I've got my left hip fixed I can rotate and get on my left side better!

But, I know playing golf (at least the level I can play now) is on the clock too.

Since moving to NC, I planning to start fishing more, assuming I can get into some waders! 😁

Boone is God's country....especially for fly fishing.

Yes it is. Beautiful. The storm washed a lot of the trout out of the rivers. But it'll recover as they stock them again. I've got a few friends who know their stuff. I've fished with them and landed some nice browns and rainbows. But I'm still learning. It's an art.

Fun learning it, though...
