Collins is the best safety in the NFL right now, and Apple looks like the real deal at CB this year.

Unlike last season, this Giants defense has a pulse.

Not sure if OBJ realized it or not but that's a huge endorsement for our recruiting. When former players of division rivals admit that going to Alabama prepared the players they are now playing with and against for the NFL game. Notice he didn't say the same thing about him and LSU.

Since he said it reluctantly, I think that he understands the implications of that statement. But he probably sees it as water under the bridge at this point. Saban is cherry picking from LA already.

True ... the thing is it now adds to recruiting on a national level. It further solidifies the fact nationally that the process works.

Collins was gonna play in the NFL regardless of where he went to college. Alabama and Sabans process helped himl to be great right off the bat.

OBJ is a good example of talent over catching a lot of passes in college.
Just what kind of records might OBJ have had if he had gone to a pass every down don't play defense type of conference school? It's still very good advertising. Thanks OBJ, hope the LSU fans don't do a drive by on your relatives.:eek2:

Eddie Lacy, Cam Robinson, Tim Williams, Landon Collins... Yeah I'd say coach is doing pretty well for himself down in LA
