Game Thread: **OFFICIAL**Alabama vs Tennessee POST-game thread

We looked good tonight. Makes me excited for the rest of the season. Julio had a phenomenal game.

I'll always be happy with a butt kickin' of UcheaT but guys the OL problems and the overall lack of intensity our team seems to continue to show is concerning.

The bye week couldn't have come at a better time. I hope a lot of attitudes get fixed over the two week bye because if we want even a chance at beating LSU or AuBARN we've got to put it in another gear.

Re: Alabama vs Tennessee POST-game thread

Gmac 21 complete in 32 attempts for 264 yds. AJ 2 of 2 for 56 yds.
Trent got 120 yds
Mark got 88 yds
Julio got 220 yds on 12 catches.

What a night. Bama wins a big one going into a bye week. We will be sky high for LSWho in a couple of weeks.

I agree. We have a couple of good series and then we don't show up. It is cause for concern. We're not playing 60 minutes at the level We expect them too.

Very solid game all around for the most part. I loved see us stretch the field tonight. Skeptics will yap about weak competetion, but those long balls have to help the offense's confidence. Greg really looked good tonight, and you just see the defense loosen up when we hit those long passes. Just what we needed before the break.

Oh, and on another note, I hated to see Poole break 100 against us, BUT if Camputer rushes 100 against us which is likely, at least he won't be the one to break the streak.

Seriously.

I think that in the 1st half, the smaller Vol line was just a bit quicker, and that let them gain an edge. Once they started to wear down, we took over. Pretty much the story of the Vols' season, actually.

I see us continuing to improve through next season to. Our defensive backfield will be the league's best by mid season.:)
