Just made a quick visit over to the barner board to see how the "Meltdown" was going...Here is some of the remarks that have already been made.

RE: Fire Tony Franklin tonight
Franklin should not be allowed on the team plane or bus. Fire him now

Hire my 10 year old Poodle. She does have a little bite to her. *&&&&&&&&^^^^^^%%% %%%%%

I said after the first game that the sky was not falling. The sky is falling now.

If Franklin called the offensive plays tonight without direction from Tubs, he should be fired, tonight, and make him find his own ride home. I'd rather go back to Nall-ball than see this idiot try to make a running team throw the ball.

There is plenty of blame to go around, but if this was Franklin's play calling, he needs to go. Now. Immediately.

100+ yards in the first quarter, then go to the spread.

Losing to Vanderbilt.

Hell, hire Tiny Terry as the OC. I don't care. The guy has to go.

And my personal favorite so far:

Get a PS3 in the booth, and just hit "ask Corso" for every play. Any playbook that uses tight ends in most of the formations will do.

We shouldn't harp on this victory too much, fact of the matter is, our offense will more than likely struggle against their strong defense. I hate to say it, but The Polytechnic Institute poses more and more of a threat to me, more now than they have all season long.

I know UK's D is no better than theirs, and if we could only muster 7 points against UK, I HIGHLY doubt we'll muster more than 7 against theirs.

I would think the Tide will be a little more pumped up for the Iron Bowl than they were today.

Note that the sky in not falling in Tuscaloosa. We remain a very young team and continue to learn as the season progresses. Amost all teams have games that are struggles; just ask Florida. Everyone knows they are much better than Ole Miss, but did not play up to their potential in that game. Fortunately, we managed to survive a real threat today.
This year, we will be ready for the barn. Count on it.

Wow, are you serious? We put up 400 yards on KY. Too many penalties and turnovers are what hurt us. I don't don't even know if their (Auburn's) defense is better than UGA's, whom we put up 31 points in the first half. The Barn doesn't scare me at all.

I'd just about be willing to bet that by the Iron Bowl, the Barn will be back to running the I formation with 2 tight ends as a standard.

Agreed. Why is everyone drumming up UK's defense? We gashed them on the ground all day and if not for dumb penalties (not only on our part but also dumb calls from the refs) and turnovers we would have won easily. As for the barn, their offense is just pathetic, I don't know what else to say. I wish we played them next week!

I listened to the moo u game on the way back home from Tuscaloosa last night. They were actually very upset with the offensive effort and commented on the "pitiful effort".

They sounded despondent - as they should be!
