I haven't read throught the threads and it may have been said but I thought the DL was the most consistent unit and maybe played their best game of the season. The linebackers also was pretty good game. Congratulations Tide Players on the win.

Roll Tide! I am glad to see the seniors go out with a victory. I am also happy CNS did not have to endure his first losing season in his college football coaching career.

Guys, you just saw why Hawkins will be competing for the Big 12 championship in a couple of years. At Boise he said"Give me a quarter and we will win the Game." His playbook is so diverse that he can cange his game plan in an instance. I have watched him for several years while he was at Boise and have seen Boise get down during the first Quarter, looking very bad at times, just to win the game going away. We went against one of the premier coaches in the game tonight. If he had been at a big name school, he would have been already mentioned as one of the masterminds in college football. I am sure tha some of you will remember me begging that he be named the coach before we hired Price. I am very happy that we got Saban and would not change a thing but Hawkins would definitely be my top pick if Saban had not have come.

We're gonna miss Gilberry for his pass rushing ability and intensity. Oh and he's quotes. We'll also miss Mustin for his huge heart and never quiet attitude.

we won, but still didn't finish the game!

3 points in the second half. Eli and Snake are bragging about the team finishing, I think we limped home! Rolando McClains injury, to me, seemed to be a huge key in the game, and the pick by JP hurt his confidence, and gave CU confidence!

Yeah, you're right. They need to just run back to the bus weeping because we didn't win by enough points...
Where did I complain about actually winning? I pointed out we started great and sucked down the stretch. I also was making the point that it sounded like they were about to play Rammer Jammer. They played Yea Alabama instead and I commented on that as well.

Oh, I don't know....we might get better. Enjoy the victory, man.
Definitely. How many times did we get to enjoy 27-0 leads last year at all? Heck, we only scored that many in an entire game 4 times all of last year. I suppose the next step in the process will be developing killer instinct and never taking your foot off the gas. Just to get up that big, they gotta be doing something right dont they?:conf2:
