Your wife is 100% correct. They do look like pros. The talent gap is large in this game. I know these guys were good coming out of high school, but their strength and conditioning program must be incredible.

Can't take anything away from them. They have an extremely good football team.

Like the broadcast guys said earlier, it's hard to believe they have two losses. To me, it's almost like they have concentration lapses for periods during each game. Take tonight for example... the first three drives were awesome. The rest in the first half... mediocre. If they could just put together 3 quarters of football each game, they would beat just about every team they face.

2 FG plus an 8 point TD (6 + 2 pt conversion) ties the game...

That would require a) making the field goal, b) scoring on two additional possessions.

If you go for and get a TD, you only need one additional score to tie the game, no 2-point conversion necessary. We were/are short on time. You can't be counting on three more possessions.
