I think most people agree he's been a major disappointment. But some of it is the players

Based on Grubbs comments that we’ve tried everything concerning the run game…looks like he’s given up trying anything.

Was hoping he was just trying to throw off opposition with all that, but maybe he meant it. Frustrating to see the oh well I’m doing my job attitude, when it’s still on him to get the offense performing
