Of course, Alabama created that circumstance for the refs to screw them. You simply shouldn't lose a game on obvious infractions like that though.

Agree and we should have won a few others this year too.

That's a really bad call, but it's also bad execution on our part. Lacey went up for that shot with 1 sec left. If it's no good, then no possible tip in. If something like what happened happens (a no-call), then at least you have another chance if you start the play 3 seconds earlier. Why do drain all the clock on these kinds of plays? Frustrating.

Releford should have had the last shot...that is a summary of our problems in one possession. If we go down with Releford taking a wild tear drop, I can live with it because he was clearly the hot hand.

I agree completely. We got hosed on the no call, but still....11 seconds to go and THAT'S what we drew up?

I'm not sure I understand that. That last play was not badly designed or run. It should have resulted in a clean shot for Lacey or a whistle. That's not what happened and that play cannot be blamed on Grant...

Why did we not attack with Releford? That didn't even get Lacey open...we pretty much just isolated him one on one and drew up a jump shot instead of attack.
