I specifically recall his girlfriend getting an offer from a major network which Hayden didn't want her to accept. She asked him point blank "what if Alabama offered you a job?". He said, and I quote, "That's different. Of course I would take it."

I vote no for Hayden. He was too loyal to his assistants. He couldn't fire Luther even though he caused many problems. Don't need another coach who won't fire a bad coach.
