Look, MSU has improved. That much is obvious. Alabama has regressed (but not by much. We weren't that good to begin with.) But what do you guys think? Is this more about how much MSU has improved? Or does this game make a bigger statement about Alabama? Or is it about even? Just a little halftime discussion.
Maybe MSU has improved. But we just have not shown up today. That goes to coaching. These guys were not ready to play. The offensive gameplan has been horrific. The defense has been getting manhandled (albeit with plenty of holding). I feel confident that the D will adjust in the secind half, but we have been terrible on O the whole season in the second half. That doesn't give me much hope for coming back.

Miss St is no powerhouse though. You are at home in the SEC. I know we have Aub/Lsu comming up but you need this game to help KEEP YOUR JOB. Come on Shula and staff. The buc stops here. RTR!

This is just depressing

And having to listen to Dave Rowe isn't helping any.

But its not over, still have faith. They get the ball the first series, gotta get a quick stop.

Stats from the last drive:

10 plays, 76 yards, 2:41, two Bama penalties and two MSU penalties which allowed us to get it down to the two yard line where we failed to score at all. Awful.

If we ever see midfield the rest of the day we should toss the playbook and just start hucking it downfield.

Once again a Bama player is all mouth and no action. Why hasn't Shula played Jimmy Johns????? Darby is playing ok, but what about playing JJ??? This offense doesn't have a freaking clue....I've seen better Pop Warner ball. I need massive booze to get through this game. it's just plain sad.

This is going to be a tough game to avoid hitting below the belt - and I mean by our own members. We're not going to allow it - whether it involves coaches, players or our fellow members. THat's the reason I'm saying that, if you can't handle it without getting too emotional, then just stop posting at this point, OK?
